For bookings of under 10 guests, tickets may be rescheduled via your booking portal up to 24 hours before your scheduled start time. If you have purchased tickets with added booking protection (£1) you can reschedule up to 1 hour before your booking. After this point, tickets cannot be rescheduled.
Yes. Tickets can be transferred to another person.
No. Tickets can be shown on your phone on arrival.
Tickets can also be purchased in person on the day, subject to availability.

Yes. We offer 20% off standard adult tickets for students with valid student ID. For groups of 20+ students we offer a discounted rate of £10.95 per student.
We accommodate up to 10 guests per time slot.
